how to make a circle banner [with photoshop] instead of those regular square or rectangle ones??

Hold down on your marquee tool thing and look for the circle one. Or keep pressing "Shift + M" until it reaches the circle.

Go to the circle marquee, than make a circle, or multiples of circles, than you make the banner, but i like to make the banner first, than put the circles, than i go inverse it, and I press the delete button.
