hey iono if ure suppose to give tips out on food but I have a tip for people who like to eat hot cheetoes. I use to be addicted to eating hot cheetoes but I quit because it gave me some health problems. Hot cheetoes made my sodium level go wayyy up and it made me feeling like i was going to faint and i really couldnt walk in a straight line at that the time. So im just telling you guys don't eat too much hot cheetoes or it might happen to you.

ohh girl that would NEVER happen to me...im eating them right now..some people say they give them heartburn or something but, its never happened to me! i LOVE hot cheetos!
