what do you mean by 'box the whole entry' ? if ur talking bout the black lines around the entry on that site, it's part of the skin/background thing. if your talking bout how the blog is like that, it is probably moved there using a div layer which is this:

you will have to put in numbers on the '###'

but i don't really know what you're talking bout so.. yea..
