Diet foods... help me =]

ok... i really wanna try some diet foods out there that are.. um good for dietin n losin weight... yea? i am still dieting... started on... i think october (04)...

heres y i wanna lose weight... im at like 14-15% body fat.. iono how... look at my pic below n tell me if thats 14-15% body fat? anyways... im currently at 131.6 lbs.. (need to be 130 lbs weight class) and i wanna lose about... 10-13 lbs... n be like 119 n get my 7% body fat..
(as stated on my reciept... got it from the fat test in the wrestling room... some $2,000+ weight thingy...)

so... any suggestions?

just eat vegetables... and a lot of celery

Well.......I'm not sure what ur eating habits are.

But, there are some things you should definitely avoid. You don't have to eat completely healthy foods.

No midnight snacks, builds up fat coz I'm assuming most ppls sleep straight away after they've had their midnight snack.

Try to lay off the creamy and fatty foods (ice-cream, junk food and stuff like that.....try not drinking soft drinks too much)

Drink plenty of water, eat more veggies

Since you do exercise, sport and stuff.........so I guess thats an alright start for you

eating celery burns more energy than digesting anything else...

i heard that after eating dont sit crossed leged cos then all the fat gathers at your legs... i think thats false....
