Video files.

Is it possible to get a video player (say the excllent dropdown list one on this site) to play the video format .asx? I found a large collection of music videos, but they are all in .asx and won't play. I looked it up in the forum, but it didn't show any information.

er no it doesnt since the dropdown playlist that is shown here is windows meadia player.
what you can do is....
1) convert that to a .wmv file
2) try to find out which programs can play the .asx file

try using dbpoweramp to convert the file to something playable. (actually i'm not sure of dbpoweramp converts videos). if that doesn't work try googling up 'video format convert(er)'
