ladies! you dont have to starve yourself and pretend that youre eating too much... dont go through that stuff.. because it is bad foryou..

heres what you can do, you can have two meals a day! to maintain your current weight and never again gain more weight..

all you have to do, is plan for what you are going to eat, it doesnt matter if its a steak or chicken wings! or lobster! or you know all that goods, as long as you split the calories/carbs/fats of your meals into two! lunch and dinner and please have some desserts! you need sweets in your body! and make sure you drink four glasses of water everyday and milk too! just try to eat whenever youre hungry but eat in a healthy way.

o man that sucks tho...cuz then you're still hungry...I really don't mind eating healthy, the stuff actually tastes pretty good

bleh....if I was looking for a diet, that would be impossbile for me to do. I usually eat like 3-6 meals a day! Just eating healthy and exercise daily is good enough. happy.gif

mann i soooo skinny its not even funny!!..well not soo skinny, but i eat so much fast food like everyday..i kno im a bad gurl lol..and im not gaining any weight..like im eating alot of junk and im not gaing any pounds!!! ..to all of you laydees out there dont starve ur self!! haha ..i think its stupied to starve urself nywayss

no, you should always eat 3 meals.. its proven that people are suppose to be eating every 2/3 hours or so.. but because of everybodys schedule everybody just eats 3 big meals...

eating small balanced meals every 2/3 hours or so is supposed to be the healthy eating habits.

and skipping a meal is almost as bad for the body as eating too much.

my suggestion is.. eat, exercise, sleep

exactly what i think, if you want to keep your weight, eat three balanced meals...to lost weight, exercise
