hey ya'll
i know it is probably just me, but i have this weird little pudge right under my belly button... it looks like a golf ball was cut in half and place next to each other under my belly button!
i have tried SO hard to get rid of it!!
i am active, and play soccer in the winter and spring and tennis in the summer and fall, and swim for fun year round... but its just not enough
any tips?!?!?!

yah i understand what ur saying. And the way to get rid of it, is doing Reverse Curls! and more reverse curls, and more reverse curls and more reverse curls...It's when you do a situp and u try to get ur knees to touch ur elbows so u can work ur lower abdomen...I don't really know how to explain how to do a reverse curl, but look it up online...or get a stomach excercise tape.

crunches help tone the muscle in your upper stomach..try looking for exercises to do that work your lower stomach where this "pudge" is

you say that crunches wont get rid of it, but how long did you do them for? and how many at a time, and how often?

it's been my experience that crunches can fix almost anything if you do enough for long enough.

I don't know what it is. Tell your mom or your doctor. It just could be a lump of fat, moe, or pimple in a shape of a golfball.

I don't think anybody on createblog.com is specializing in stomach lumps.

crunches only TONE the muscle NOT remove the fat OVER the muscle. to REMOVE that, cardiovasular exercise must be done. Meaning, your heart must be pumping LOTS and LOTS of blood to your muscles, sweat pouring out of your pores, and your lungs taking in twice the amount of oxygen as normal. Riding your bike, rollerblading, swimming, surfing, kick boxing, running, etc is the type of workout that can help eliminate that fat around your stomach area. HOWEVER, that pudge is actually quite normal. My only question for you is, how old are you? Depending on your age, you may still be growing. If the bump feel kind of hard and ridgidty, I'd tell your parents and have it examined by a doctor just to be safe. But, if it isn't, there really isn't anything to fret about. You'll have more stressors in your life than a smal patch of pudge below your belly button.
