Extra space? Options

How do I get rid of the extra space on the sides of my blog body? I've tried changing alignment and changing dimensions but nothing works! Also I would appreciate it if i coud get the code to make my scroll bars transparent. Thanks a lot.

if you're trying to change the alignment and the dimensions of the blog then try using this

can you change the margins on the RIGHT of the blog body, because on mine, theres a giant awkward space that brings out the horizontal scrollbar?
