It's a light way of saying he's not interested..but then again it could be that he's too immature for a g/f and that he likes the single life more...ask him "why not" and you will get the answer you need to hear......

It kinda seems like i'm his backup.. like, the last few days before break he was flirting with this girl, and it turns out that the girl was a lesbian and she didn't like him, and now he's back to me... I am done with him because I deserve better. And I should have listened to my friends.
