The sky was dark,
The moon was high, All alone just she and I. Her hair was soft, Her eyes were blue, I knew just what She wanted to do. Her skin so soft, Her legs so fine. I ran my fingers Down her spine. This poem reminds me of a famous economist, John K. Galbraith once told a story to one of his classes [I forget the moral of it]:
When Galbraith was growing up on his parents' far in Canada, there was a girl on a neighboring farm that he was fond of. One day, the two of them sat on a rail fence and saw a bull intercoursing with a cow. Galbraith gave the girl a suggestive look and commented, "That looks like fun." To which the girl replied, "Well, she's your cow." |
