Custom Module Trouble!, // scrollbars are not working & more Options

Hi. I have two questions/requests.

I'm having a bit of trouble with my custom modules. I do want scrollbars in them, but in the custom module code, I can't seem to find how to change the height so that maybe a scrollbar will appear that way. If you go to MY XANGA you can see that the one module has alot of info in it, that is the specific module I want a scrollbar in, considering it is so big. I just shut down my old site, and made a new one. I'm not new to HTML, though - I'm no expert. Whatever advice you have will help.

Alrighty, question two. I searched all over createblog.net and have seen topics on getting custom modules on both sides of an xanga. Though, no codes I find, help. Here's my code:
