Hello Welcome to Createblog im ashley, if you need any help or you are unsure about sumthing im around and you can always pm me  ...To Submit a skin go to xanga skins and click on New topic and add your skin there with all your details there like all the codes and where to put the code give a description about it... hmm....is it required to write a description on your skin?? whenever i submit it, i don't do that because i didn't know :-/
