water and the yoga ab exercises, takes about a month to kick in...doing it 3 times a week but the end result is great. _smile.gif

and of course, healthy food...I.E. fruits and vegetables.

Drink a lot of water and if you feel like you need to take a dump. Don't be lazy or give yourself an excuse, go for it. If you don't go, it will stay there and leave a big fat mark into your tummy.

Mine is semi-flat. I however just started my pilates again last night (which my muscles hate me now) and I love the results I get. I did the workout 20minutes a day 5days aweek for two months before I went to Miami last year and I lost 7lbs. Its a great workout!

My belly is really flat though..
I guess i just exercise?
I run at least three times a week, play basketball twice, and swim three times?

Eating well helps too, even though i dont..

hmm in yoga class we did this 4 minute ab workout thing. it killed but in a good way ^^ it made me feel like i did something. hmm... let's see if i can remember what we did. i think the first minute was crunches, next 30 sec you crunch on one side (obliques), and then the next 30 you do crunches on the other side. do sicissor kick things for 30 sec and then 30 sec of good sit ups. the last minute you do the v sit thing AND HOLD IT! haha... good luck

I usually do sit-ups and leg exercises..I read in cosmogirl that if you run a lot, that helps your ab muscles, so I guess I'll start doing that:)

Cut back on the candy, soda, fatty foods , and EXERCISE. Drink a bunch of water it helps you from retaining water.

Aww this is so depressing, everyone has flat stomachs and I don't. I mean nothing works for me, I tried yoga, sit ups, kick boxing and I still have some pudge that never goes away. I'm eating less now and trying to do more exercise but there is never anytime. Thanks for the ideas everyone I'll try doing them all.
