Editing the Color of a playlist scroll bar?, How do i do that ^ Options

Hello ppl. This is my second post so just give me some leeway with this. I need some help or advice or instrustion on the following: I have a playlist and it has a scrool bar in it. I want to change the color of the scroll bar but i dont know how or even if there is a way. Here is an example: Example If you will scroll down to the bottom of the page where the playlist is and click the little arrow the list will show. The scroll bar in that list is what i wish to alter.

Here is my playlist code that i am using:

Okay, i took out my old code and used that one but it still didnt work. The scroll bar in the playlist is still the ame old color. Please help...
