Ok, so I have this new computer and this is my 5th day of using it. I went on this non porno site and this weird Porn ad came up and for some reason a couple porn programs were installed and it's gross and I tried to delete it and stuff but the porn stuff is still in my computer.. does anyone know how to get rid of it? cry.gif

btw, I don't go on porn sites and only I use this computer.

delete the pron programs installed in your comp, and delete your cookies and temp files. use spybot and etc just to be safe.

Do what Kristin said, but be careful when you're in the add/remove programs section. Don't delete anything you think would be neccesary. Just delete what you have to.

ugg i hate those stupid porn things...they get downloaded onto certain sites, and they don't have to be "naughty" sites..but just delete them it would be a good idea to get an anti-spyware thingy...ie- spy sweeper that detects any spyware or stuff like that that gets downloaded to your computer.

I hate pop ups. especially porn0 ones. And to uninstall them, you can download the pop up blocker from kazaa or limewire. and it blocks the ads and spam. Well, hope your computer is doing well.

1. control panel & internet options
2. delete cookies & clean your internet options
3. download spybot, ad-ware, Adaware SE pro, and spyware
4. Nortionvirus scan
5. if it still does not work, reformat your computer or disconnect the hard drive that carries the nasty stuff *
