umm, yeah. i hope this hasnt been posted already, if so, close it.

i think kelly clarkson is my favorite. her voice is strong without being piercing (fantasia). and ruban studdard just has any generic voice of most singers out there... blah.

it also seems like clay aiken is getting more attention than ruban, even though he was just a runner up! wink.gif

Ruben Studdard. I love his smooth voice and he's just adorable.

And whoever said his voice was "generic"...

I mean, if you really want to go there, I've heard singers that sould similar to Kelly Clarkson as well... but that doesn't mean she's not talented.

Fantasia is amazing as well. She sings with the most passion out of the 3. And her album was surprisingly good, well, better than good. IMO.

clay was plain up cheated by ruben
and fantasia just doesnt have that voice that seems to be so appealing which actually sounds like an ice witch

i liked kelly in the beginning.

then ever since she sang different type of songs i hated her

then i watched the mtv's iced out new years when she performed then i started to like her again.

I REALLY don't like Kelly Clarkson. She's really nothing special. Sure, she's more well-known, but it doesn't mean there aren't plenty of singers out there that sound just like her. She just doesn't have that...oomph.

My favourite is probably Ruben. Ruben has that kind of voice you can fall asleep to, the soothing kind of voice. And Fantasia blows me away with her unique voice and passion in the way she sings. Kelly doesn't have that passion, while both Ruben and Fantasia do, IMO.

Obviously you haven't heard any of her songs other than the the singles...the passion in Because of you, Hear Me, and Where Is Your Heart is unbeatable...
