best ways to save/upload pics? |

hey ... i'm having a big problem with the pics i want to upload to xanga for my skins. No matter what I do they always come out very low quality ... look at my xanga for an example ... right now the santa is in a gif file because when i put it as jpg it comes out all blurry.... ANY SUGGESTIONS? please help!

What uploading site are you currently using?
EDIT// Okay, I went to your xanga.. the only part(s) of the image(s) that had bad quality were where the font was.. |

how big was your image in the first place? the uploader might have re-sized it and made it smaller.

try saving it in a different program.. programs like Paint save .gif and .jpg on a low quality.

i'm having the same problem. well, kinda. it's not the image uploader, it's saving it in general. i use psp 7 and whenever i save it as a .jpg or .jpeg the font is a bit blurry. then why i save the image as a .gif then the image, but not the text, is blurry. i end up saving my images as a .png for the best quality. any ways that i can fix this?
