Left Side Module HELP, =[ can anyone help..? Options

okay. . now here are my TWO questions

1.) how do i get the boxes around the words "about me" etc. to be smaller..?
2.) how and WHY is my blog all the way down there. . . it won't go farther up past the bottom of the left side module.

well theres something in your code and you have to change the width can you show us your code for those?

that part in the very beginning of your code make the width smaller like:
