does anyone have like an tutorial or something that can make a avatar or picture look like it's all old films...something like the picture below...oh yes can you use photoshop or imageready to make it? thankz in advance

That effect is called scratches. You can only do it in Animation Shop that I know of.

You can do it Adobe Imageready, you'll probably just have to do it manually, just like you would do it in Animation Shop, like make a frame with grudgy lines, and another one where the line is in a different spot, and so on.

well the effect in animation shop is pre-made but you would have to do it by hand in imageready.
