I was listening to the radio show, and they were talking about how more and more and more people are taking Adirals/ Riddlins (I think that's how you spell it) that are really prescribed for ADHD kids, and it makes you work more efficiently and workaholics use them, and so do housewives. It was in people's magazine, but i can't find the article, i mean, aren't they supposed to attack it?? From what i've heard so far, it's all good stuff. And i am thinking about scoring some of these.
Anyone know anything about it?

Anything to do with ADHD & ADD meds aren't good for you. It's one of those meds that hasn't been in long-term experiments and trials. I heard that it causes some kids/people to commit suicide.

Well, I'm guessing the pills make the mitochondria in your cells release extra energy, or whatever. So i guess it could put major stress on your bodily functions if you're not ADHD. That could make you tired when you're not on the pill, and make you addicted to them. This is just a guess. Learned about cells in 7th grade science.. >_< well, i don't know a lot about them. But i know a few people that could use em..

Drugs like these are bad for you. Yes, they do have side effects, like every other drug. It sounds like you can get addicted to these easily and in no time, you'll have to take more and more just to get the same feeling. So I don't think it's safe to take these, especially if they were made just for kids who have ADHD.

if the doctors are prescribing it to people who don't even have ADHD, then i guess it's ok. i would try it if i could, but only a little because i wouldn't want to become a drug addict. rolleyes.gif

Yeah, I saw it on People magazine. It says it makes housewives much more efficient or something.

I don't believe in any of that shit. I'm drug free to the bone.

i think so...people with ADHD takes it so they can focus and loose energy. And I guess when people don't have ADHD take it...the opposite happens? They get more energy to do work, instead of loosing energy...err i don't know...haha i saw it on Desperate Housewives...this one lady was taking it and she stayed up all night making costumes.

^you're right, but if you want to stay up late and get work done, coffee and advil works for me.

i remember watching a show that said that ADD and ADHD were not even real disabilities/disorders.
