my old clan payed 400 a month for 1 public and 2 private servers. the server was in nyc and i used to ping around 5-20. the new clan doesn't have a server at all, but were gonna create one soon.

to tell u guys the truth i think this game aint that great. I had more fun when playing multi player halo (I do like realistic stuffs like cs though) anyways I think battlefield is better (IMO). I guess most ppl like cs better though

only lan centers still play 1.5
1.6 is too complicated to use for beginners, so they stick with the good old fasioned 1.5. i work at xzone, the lan center in the palisades mall (thursdays and saturdays.. u say ur from createblog ill give you discounts... remember ur id, or else i wont believe you =D) roe still plays 1.5 too |

I love Halo and CS, But Im more of RTS or MMORPG. My favorite RTS is either Red Alert, or Rise Of Nations. I have too many MMORPG's that i played, so why bother posting it, blah, im just too tired.

cs was great but it isnt as good as sof2 (soldier of fortune 2). cs is boring to me. the servers are more expensive (in sof2, its $40 a moth for a virtually lagless 30 person public server) not in any cs clan but i got one for sof2...

just general scenarios, plant, defuse bomb, rescue hostanges, kill rest of team...
cs is NOT an easy game .. lol crazy players (like me.. lol) buy other graphics cards just so thats its easier to tweak. i have a geforce 4ti4200 cause nvidia is the only company that lets u play opengl games in 60hz, ati doesn't. the mouses too, like my whole set: mouse, mousepad is around 60-70 dollars. yeah... but i have been playing for nearly 3 years now, plus i play competitivly.. =/ halo dont got gamin leagues do they? neither does raven shiled.. boooo |

cs is fun...but only if you have a really close clan or something. otherwise, cs would get old in like a month or two. halo is more fun in the way that it has vehicles...but so do alot of other multiplayer shooters these days.
if you're into tom clancy style playing (team play + 3rd person) go download the beta demo of "soldner". There's a fun game. It's only online though and comes with only 2 maps, but the maps are huge. (think halo maps X 10.) |

I play CS every now and then. I think I mostly play it cause im obssed with downloading custom models but still.

i'm looking for a west cal-o or cal-im team to join this season. the team leader of my former clan got pissed off yesterday and just kicked everyone off the roster so i'm not playing in the current season. i was in the cal-im team called complex.
resolution - 1024x768 sensitivity - 5.2 mx300 / steelpad 3s broken dsp500 so i went to audio .70s i have my own fifty slot vent server by pure-voice.net hit me up for a tryout or something, thanks. |
