this will make your menu background transparent:
CODE
<!-- begin code provided by createblog.com -->
<style type="text/css">
table.left {
/* this edits the menu module */
background-color:transparent;
}
</style>
<!-- end code provided by createblog.com -->

this will let you put a pic in the blog bg
CODE
<!-- begin code provided by createblog.com -->
<style type="text/css">
table.blogbody {
/* this edits the other the place where the  blog is */
background-image: url(IMG URL HERE);
background-repeat:no-repeat;
background-position:center;
}
</style>
<!-- end code provided by createblog.com -->

go here for the transparent scrollbar:
http://www.createblog.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=30462

and I don't know what you mean by putting a pic to the title bar? can you explain?
oh, if you mean the titles where it says like "Subscriptions" n stuff use this:
CODE
<!-- begin code provided by createblog.com -->
<style type="text/css">
table.left th {
/* on your menu module, this edits the title part of it */
/* like BLOGRINGS, POSTING CALENDAR, etc */
 background-image: url(IMG URL HERE);
}
</style>
<!-- end code provided by createblog.com -->

to make ur background fixed at this to your bg code:
background-attachment:fixed;

and please do not double post, there is an edit button if you need to add something

This is your scrollbar :
CODE
<!-- begin code provided by createblog.com -->
scrollbar-arrow-color: #994400;
scrollbar-track-color: #ffffff;
scrollbar-shadow-color: #662222;
scrollbar-face-color: #ffdddd;
scrollbar-highlight-color: #993333;
scrollbar-darkshadow-color: #660000;
scrollbar-3dlight-color: #990000;

<!-- end code provided by createblog.com -->

well to make it transparent put #XXXXXX instead of whats there, so it will look like this:
CODE
<!-- begin code provided by createblog.com -->
scrollbar-arrow-color: #XXXXXX;
scrollbar-track-color: #XXXXXX;
scrollbar-shadow-color: #XXXXXX;
scrollbar-face-color: #XXXXXX;
scrollbar-highlight-color: #XXXXXX;
scrollbar-darkshadow-color: #XXXXXX;
scrollbar-3dlight-color: #XXXXXX;
<!-- end code provided by createblog.com -->

the one i just put up makes the whole thing transparent even the arrows

the #XXXXXX didnt work...

you're suppose to put numbers or letters or a mix of them instead of the Xs...
e.g. white is #FFFFFF

//edit: sorry I don't know what's the code for transparent

just to let you know, the transparent scrollbar script that is in the Xanga Scripts section will not work unless you have DIV layers, and the xanga you posted didn't so thats why that script didn't work
