...get someone off your back politely? This one dude keeps coming by our table at lunch saying things that make my friend pissed. He comes by EVERY single day annoying us and i don't know how to say go away very..nicely. We've tried many times to ask him to leave...i mean sweetly, but he just persists and stays there and talks and talks and talks. We've even tried forcefully but he doesn't leave that way either. How would you get him off your back?

If it truly bothers you, it's a form of harassment after you ask him to leave and he refuses. Try at least once more, then take it up to the higher ups, they'll handle it
