I'm not sure if this is where i ask the question but i was wondering if anyone knows where i can find the scotch tape brush for PSP7? I'd greatly appreciate it..thanks..

okay i know this sounds like a silly question but does anyone know what the draw shape tool on photoshop 7? or is there a different name for it? hmmmm sorry for the dumb question LOL

Does anyone know the tutorial on how to make scotch tape for graphics? or is there a brush? please post! i'm really wanting to learn how to do that.

they have a tutorial here for that
 Scotch Tape Tutorial beep  i just noticed that the pics don't work in that tut, so if you need pics to help you look in the big book of resources in the tutorials section and search for scotch tape
