It does suck and i know how that is. Just remember that its not the amount of people who care/love you, but its the quality of the people who do love you and care for you. I'd rather have one girl who will love me with all her heart, then to have a million girlfriends who treated me like crap.

Love is fallacy. Most definitely in high school. I walk around, seeing these couples," oh i love you". Really? You may think your in love, but you aren't. You may like them so much you think you do, but you don't. Love takes a while, a very long time and lots of bonding, will eventually turn to love. But no one can dedicate their life, and time with their special ones. We have school to focus on, and when your in love, you give it your full to be with your special one. But with school, you cant do that, so you can't be in love. A friend of mine has open up perspectives for me, and it has become very clear. So please people, dont use the word "love" for granted. |

I beg to differ... it IS possible to love in high school... I know this because I really have done my best to devote every bit of me to a person, and could juggle school on the side and still maintain 3.75 and above, with sports and extracurricular activities (Tahitian/hula dancing, yearbook, Varsity tennis), so it IS possible... just quite unlikely. If you love any more than one person a year, generally, you're not loving them at all. That's a generalization of course... I'm not saying it's truth, fact, or a rule, just a generalization.

yeah i think its possible to love in high school too but yes its unlikely. i truly believe that i am, and yeah i am in high school but we love each other. not at first, no, the like grew to love. but yes...i think one should wait to use those words cause they are strong words.

yeah, i hate people who do that. people use the word "love" too carelessly these days. they say it when they mean it and even when they don't. it irks me when i see all these couples tell each other "i love you" only when they've been going out for like a week or so.

Oh my goodness...that has happended to me sooo many times! I hate people like that...and since so many people have done that to me. I hate people...well most of them, not all...I like you peoples!
 ...but yeah that happened to me so many times and i use to always think that I'm just not good enough and thought it was my fault. But I have come to realize that they are just a bunch of jackbutts who have no life and just go out and hurt people and tell them lies. Ughh...hate them!

Never been in a relationship, but i have seen a lot of people saying "i love you" when they went out for what? 1 month. Its kind of sappy. When they say they care for you, they probably don't.

yeah i know what you are talking about. last feburary i got with someone and then we were talking on AIM (thats where he asked me out) and my friends made a chat room and invited us and then congrated us and then when he had to go he said "i love you" and it was awkward. we ended up breaking up in april and i dont like him at all anymore, we dont talk, we dont even look at eachother. but then his best friend told me that he only went out with me for my body, so yeah; it was all a lie (thats why i hate him). so if you need anyone to talk to you can talk to me too
