Go there, it's a really good deal. Tell me what you think about it because I might want to get it. I'm not sure about the processor so please tell me what you think.

All I need after buying that is XP Pro or home. I know there are a lot of better deals out there but this is the first computer I will have built.

Do you think 1 x 80mm fan is enough?

Um, TigerDirect sucks. Especially TigerDirect rebates, since they never come but ok, let's not discuss TigerDirect for now.

I'm sure you realize that the "128mb videocard" is extremely low end. It isn't worth more than $20 and you'd definately want to upgrade. They don't say what kind of PSU you're going to get, so it might crap out on you in a week. Cheap PSU's often do that. Everything looks pretty nice, and yes one 80mm fan should be enough though you might want some more fans if you're thinking of overclocking, but there are better deals than this out there that come with windows XP. For example, my now 1 year old computer is a Dell 2400 w/ 2.53ghz P4, 512mb ram and 80gb harddrive. I got it for either $350 or $400 after rebates, this is brand new mind you. After adding another 512 stick of ram and taking out the 80gb harddrive and swapping it for a 120 and a 200 and getting a PCI graphics card (9200se) I have a fairly capable machine, not very good for gaming, but still pretty good and all under $550. Though this one you're looking at comes with a 16x DVD+-RW Dual-Layer burner which is pretty nice. I'm too lazy to check for sure, but you're almost definatly not going to get that $20 rebate since it's for "Famous Brand" which believe it or not, is a real brand, while your DVD+-RW drive is BenQ.

Thanks. You sure do know a lot about computers. I configured a system on NewEgg.com a while ago.

AMD Athlon 64 3000+ <Couldn't resist... 1600mhz FSB.
1 gig Mushkin DDR.
80 gig ata 133?
aopen motherboard
nvidea fx 5200 128 mb video card
case/psu
dvd burner...
uhh.. lol
Windows XP Pro

For like... $750? I dunno... lol ne way i can always save up some more money, considering im only 13.

I can post more configured systems later. I don't think Dell is good for me because I can build a better one for quite a bit cheaper.
