 thats not hte background. I think thats like the snow effect. The background is just plain white, but that person has some sort of xanga script thing. I forgot wat it was though. sorry. try the xanga scripts and look for the snof effect that mite be it

It will work only for Xanga Premium. Anyway...If you want an animation one, their a program like animation shop? ETC. You can make it your own, other then that..there is no code for that. (Not 100% sure about codes) |
