any program that you want to make pictures with.
ms. paint,
paint shop pro,
photoshop,
image ready,
adobe,
etc.

adobe is not a program, it's the name of the company. pinch.gif

no there is no such thing a drag and drop layouts. you have to think of the ideas and how you are going to make it. you have to be creative. nice layouts are not that simple.

yup, yup. you can do html by just clicking and then see the codes. though you have limited freedom on it.

createBlog, duh. Look in the scripts section. There are also a couple of skin tutorials on here, too.
