webpage turn into a xanga skin?, anyone knows how? |

hey, a newbie here.
 anyway, you see.. i have found this cute skin but it's script is not made for xanga. so i was hoping if anyone knows how to transform a webpage into a xanga skin? i would really really appreciate it if anyone or someone would do it for me or at least teach me how. I know a bit of html but not much with css and scripts that are used in the head tag.anyone intrested? please?  lol!

Uhm.. most layouts for websites are not made for xanga.. so the owner might not have wanted their layout butchered into a xanga layout.
