Do you mind/care/like/dislike it if someone else has the same name as you?

I know most of you "won't effing care"
But, that shizz irks me.

My class has 12 girls. and 3 out of the 12 has the name Stephanie.
One of them is so fcuking annoying. She gets on my nerves A LOT. & then she tells me to shut up a lot. & then if I tell her something, that she doesnt want to hear she'll do the, "STOP TALKING TO YOURSELF." Shizz.

& I swear. There are at least 10 people on CB with the name Stephanie.

ARGH... that annoys me a lot.
I have 3 people in my school (including me) who has the SAME FIRST AND LAST NAME as me.

Sometimes when I'm on a forum, and some one who has the same first name as I do starts acting like a n00b, it's really humiliating.

I want to change my first name, but that would be too complicated since I have to change my name on all identitification cards and those stuff...

So I guess I'll stick with nicknames... haha (I don't mean the mean ones).

Sometimes I do find people with my name, but I don't get pissed off. I think I'd be mad if I were named Michelle though, because I know about 10 people with that name. It'd be a bummer to be called by your first name and last initial all the time.

When I went to high school, it was the first time I met someone with the same name as me.. Most people call her "Mimi" but I call her Yvonne =] Just cuz we're too frikken cool. And then there's also this sophomore that use to dogg me a lot in Math class.. she has the same as me. But she doesn't dog me anymore because it's funny whenever my teacher gets us confused.. Her name on the roll call is right after mine and we use to have the same grade in class xp

Maybe you just hate...annoying people, not just the fact that they have the same name as you. Anywho, it's actually the complete opposite for me. Because I never meet Kathleens my age, I get excited when there's another one. Most Kathleens don't go by that, though...usually a nickname. But I hate Kathy. *Shivers* Blah. Mmm I have yet to meet a Kathleen at my school. There were a few here on createBlog, but they don't post nearly as much as I do.

Anyway, I have a common name. I hear the name "Christina" around, at least once a day, and they're not calling me lol.

And sometimes people called me "Christine" back in elementary and middle school, so then now, anytime i heard anyone say that, I instantly turn around. Even though my friend Christine is right next to me and they're calling HER lol. I wish I had a name no one else did.

My spanish teacher, last year, had like 10 people with the last name Nguyen, and he always calls everyone "Mr./Ms. [insert last name here]." So when he called anyone in the class with the last name Nguyen, all 10 would turn around. Hahahha =P

No one I know has my name (Carrie). But it got kinda confusing during the presidential campaign. Everyone was talking about Kerry and if I wasn't paying attention, I'd be like, "Huh? Who called me?" but then realize that they weren't talking about me...yeah, I know that sounds dumb and airheaded, but whatev.

But yeah, at my high school there were two girls named Candace Johnson and in the yearbook, these geniuses (the yearbook staff) had them identified as Candace1 Johnson and Candace2 Johnson. I thought that was hilarious. But it kinda sucked, seeing as how it was their senior year.

Well, i don't know many ppl who have the same name as me [Beckye - pronounced just like Beckye, lol] so I don't get pissed when I hear about someone who has my name. Ph, my full name is Rebekah, but don't tell anyone, I hardly tell pll that!!

the reason i think the way i spell it [Rebekah] is the RIGHT way is because the first recording of the name Rebekah is in the Bible, and it is spelled r-e-b-e-k-a-h. so yeah... but i know, diff ppl got diff opinions. i dont care *shrugs*

Hmmm. ..when I was little, kindergarten to be exact there was a girl with the exact name as me. I used to think my name was soooo unique, until then. I would get made because her name was before mine on roll call, and i would get confused and upset. I was used to having my name to myself[hey what can i say i was the only child for a time]
Then I didn't hear my name to much until I reached my sophmore year in highschool, they didn't have my exact name just the second prefix, and that's what my friends call me, so I would get a little annoyed. .so yea

It doesn't really both me, but sometimes, since some people know both of us, and are talking about or calling a Patricia, gets a but confusing.
But other than that, doesn't really bother me.

My name (Hilary) isn't that common. I've met a few other Hilarys, two of which go to my school. Most of the time, they spell their name with two L's though (Hillary) so when people try to spell my name, they usually add another L in by mistake and that realllllly annoys me. Another thing that really annoys me about my name is that whenever I introduce myself to someone, they always either refer to Hillary Clinton or Hilary Duff (neither of which I want to be associated with). They usually crack a joke like "Are you related to Hilary Duff?!?" and they think they're soooo funny but I just stare at them and think what an idiot they are for thinking that you can be related to somebody by FIRST name.
