ok, i have a question, you know that RIAA stands for Recording Industry Association of America, and well, they catches people who illegally download music. So if i download music that is not by American artists or american company, could they still sue me?

RIAA is all over the place. I think you can get caught downloading any kind of music.

you can only be sued by the RIAA if the artist you are pirating is a member of the RIAA.
however, just because you're not getting caught doesn't mean it's not wrong. buy the cd man. |

If you weren't in America it would be fine.
But the music is still Sold in America, so some industry is in the states. I'm not too sure. And I think they're only nabbing KaZaA users. |
