Did anybody (besides me) take the SATs today? What'd you think?

I had trouble with the last 4 problems of one math section, but I'm pretty sure it was experimental. Otherwise, I think I should get a fairly decent score, around 1500, hopefully.

Yeah please do me a favor and don't fill this thread with posts such as "what r da SATs? " and "no, im in da 7th grade sho i dun hab to take dem yet", because they're just annoying. Thank you.

i've taken them in 7th and 8th grade, as practice. this is my first time where it counts for college. eeeeek.

i'm taking both the old version and the new version in march. hooray for most colleges accepting both versions!

hm.......i'm hoping for a 750ish? but anything above a 700 is good for me. 800 math should not be a problem if i was right about the experimental section.

i took practice ones in 7th grade, and i think im taking sample ones again sometime, but i dont have to take them now yet. ive taken the psats twice now. last years were...awful. but i havent gotten the scores back from this years yet, but i think they went a good deal better. luckily, it doesnt really matter until next year for the national merit scholarship. speaking of which, how well do you have to do for that these days?

I think i failed the PSAT because I guessed on it. I didn't practice or read any of the booklet. My friends did. Instead, I went to go watch Team America (the day it came out) the night before the PSAT. Hahaha tongue.gif

Ah well, I'm still waiting for my PSAT scores.

somehow, i actually managed to do better on math sats than verbal last year which is odd, because im awful at math. but then there were analogies then
