I'm not quite finished with it yet as you can see in the background. I just need to make some minor changes. But I decided to showcase and see what people have to say about it. The links are in the bottom left hand corner of the image (the little boxes). You can criticize but don't hate.

I really like the banner and what you did with the dates. :) I think the black font is a bit too much, though? I dunno, but I really like it so far.
