highlighted text: different color? Options

I looked in the scripts section and can't find th script that makes your highlighted text a different color, also looking for the double border script if anyone wants to help me

You can change the highlight color on your comp....
Can't remember the code for the web.
Oh and for the double borders, can't you input the value 'double' for it?
Like.... For the module boder you'd put ::
table.left {border: 1px double #008000;}
