sports bras, this mite b wierd.... Options

i wear sports bras all the time...probably like 4 or 5 days out of the week. (different ones each day tho lol) I even wear them to bed! I just find them more comfortable. but...Do you think there are any negative affects to ur breasts by wearing them so much?

There have been things out there, like saying if you sleep with your bra on you can get cancer, or it stops the growth of your breasts things like that. But I don't think that's true. I sleep with mine on cuz i'm just used to it. Your not alone!

Even if they are comfortable, you still should not wear them so much. I think they do make your chest sorta not grow anymore. Unless you have a child or something, in the future then yoru chest gets bigger.

hmm.. it might depend on the age? i mean if youre just getting used to the idea of having a bra,[cus youre young] i dont think you should worry so much of wearing a sports bra. but.. if youre mature and older, you should wear ... non sport bras? heheh. well, you can wear them for sports.. cus yknow, they help

i doubt theres any negative life on the line threats. dont worry so much..sport bras are very comfortable and i doubt you are the only one thatwears it alot. so dont worry and continue doing what yur doing. =)

Yeah, their your breasts. I'm starting to wear them now...cause mine aren't huge...I just find that they get in the way, sports bras have a little bit more constraint than the regular ones.

i once heard that if you wear a bra to bed it will make your boobs stop growing... but um if thats true then i must be a somewhat exception. but i dont believe that. and i never ehard the cancer one. so yeah. but i think it is totally up to you. i wear non sports bras because sports bras make me look smaller... and i dont like that. but its reall jsut your choice.
