how does this girl get her hover to go like
|link|? i hovered over the other links and saw they were boxes. were the sides like cut out on her posts? O_O
I never seen such thing...
and how does she get the sparkles? =)

well, the sparkles are probably just a divider, cause you can see it's like in the backround, but not part of the backround. she might've made it, or maybe got it from somewhere else

i think it looks like that when you hover over the links in the posts because the top and bottom gets cut off, that has happened to me before but if you want your hovers to look like |link| then you can use this:
