if you look around, skin designers will say "i take requests" or something similar in their profile. you can PM them and request one. there are xangas that take requests also, but make sure you dont post a topic anywhere here that says "can i have a baked beans skin" or something of the like cuz ur not supposed to do that. make sure you search the xanga skins section too because it might have what you want.
