I've heard in the news previous times, that there will be no NHL season this year? is it true? i dont know why, but i dont like hockey anyways. I think it's the
most dangerous sport out of all.. |

They're on some.. strike.. whatever thing. They don't think they're getting paid enough. It's pretty immature, if you ask me. |

yeah i dont think there is gonna be a season because i was watching the best damn sports show period and they had this guy who was a pro hockey player and he said that it wasn't a 'strike', he said a diff word but i dont remember what he called it
 but he was very mad

im so heartbroken from it =*( lol~ well apparently the players demand more money and the owners ain't going to give it you know?
so yea the players arent going to play until they get paid more . and owners not gonna give the players their 10 million dollar raise

how can you not know? it's like the biggest news in the sports world right now (not right now but like the news was out like 3 months ago or smth!) .....well...that's probably exaggerating but...yea...u know wut i mean...

Most people don't even know there's a lockout. The way it's going, there won't be a season. As if (most) people will actually care. The US is mainly focused on football, basketball, and baseball. It's not as if hockey is a major cash cow. Besides, since Gretsky, there hasn't been a bankable star.
