I’m blinded by the flashing lights,
It’s suddenly hard to breathe,
The world stops,
I’m frozen.

Not a thought travels through my head,
I can’t move,
Lost in the world that’s been given to me,
The lights bright and steady.

I’m in the center circle now,
The spotlight on me,
Still frozen,
Still can’t think.

There’s too much pressure on me now,
I’m going to fail them all,
The laughter has begun,
And I’m still blinded by the light.
