academics... that's where i got the free jacket..

but i'm also lettering in leo club, mu alpha theta, DI/sci-fair, and dance team.

but... i quit dance so i'm not sure if i can still get my letter patch.. _dry.gif

my high school was too cheap to buy letterman jackets. they just gave out "letters" rofl. however, if they did buy jackets, i'd have three right now: fencing, basketball, tennis.

I do too.

My school has ugly letterman jackets, and I find people crazy who spend like $300 on their jacket, because their just plain ugly.

you don't get 3 seperate jackets... you get one and then put your letter on it...

and to person above me... you get your jacket free if you letter in academics or sports... all you do is pay for the actual school symble letter, class letter, and whatever else you want to add to the actual jacket.

Nope, not at my school. You pay for BOTH the jacket and letter.

i just got a letter jacket, even though i didnt particularly want one. my mom bought it as a christmas present, but they were gving them out in band, so i walked into class one day, and the director told me he had a jacket for me, then walked away, so i just stood there confused for a few moments, then ignored my curiosity. halfway through class, he came out of his office and dropped a jacket on me, so when i got home, my mom told me i wasnt supposed to get it until christmas. i didnt really want one. damn.

I have one! It says: [First Name] [Last Name] and then on the second column, Flute. There's a patch on one side of the sleeve with the BoA finalist thing too. I will so keep the jacket for the rest of life.

i have one now! all it says is band, because i havent had it that long so i havent gotten anything more than what came on it, which doesnt include anything marching related like your BOA patch (but then that might be because we dont do BOA, meh)
