how do people with psp 8 do the elegant / antiquish effect on images? i'm not talking about the "old newspaper" effect. here are the examples i'm talking about :

yes i have paint shop pro 8. its really cpmlicated than the last versions.
still need to learn how it works. brushes are pretty hard to find for psp8 too!

i have psp9 :-P... but for 8..and 9 for that matter...heres a REALLY awesome brush site for yall to use :)

well im not too sure about psp because i dont have it anymore, but in ps, you desaturate the image a little bit. is there anything like that in psp? it should work.
