marquee and counter Options

I am helping a friend out with her Xanga, and she wants the counter that she has to be up above her chatterbox, and she wants to have her marquee underneath the header. How would I go about doing this? The counter and marquee are already on her page, I just need to move them up to the top. Where does the code go? When I put the code in custom header, it removes the original header which she wants to keep. Can anyone help? Thanks.

ONE: the marquee under the Default header will NOT work.

TWO: the counter will NOT go over the chatterbox.

sorry..dat's wat i know. maybe sumbody else will figure it out..

the marquee can go over the header though..

well. u can make a custom module for your chatterbox but it will be a lil bit complicated.

Hummm, well. Can I put the tornado marquee above the profile box? If yes, how? And can I put the arrow marquee underneath the chatterbox? If yes, how do I do this? Thanks.
