Heart broken........ a feeling that hurts more than death...... I hate it, and I hope i never expirince it again. My girlfreind cheated on me (we are still together) and I loved her so much. But when I found out she did, my heart felt like it was going to stop. I cant explain why or how it did, but all I know is I felt scared, sad, and mad all at the same time. I was shakey, furious, sad, and i felt like i just wanted to leave to somewhere and never talk to anyone again. When she finally came to me and appologized, I felt like telling her it was over, but then she begged and cried for me not to leave her, so I couldnt. I guess you can call me weak hearted, but I just couldnt do it to her. Now i am still with her, and she says she neer wants us to be apart ever. I still love her very much. But I dont think I could love her as much as I wanted to b4 she broke my heart. Not now at least....

Sort of . . . This one guy that I loved very much told me he liked me back . . . I didn't tell him my feelings for him . . . guess he felt bad because I didn't tell him . . . Three days later, I decided to tell him, and i found out taht he likes someone else now. It made me so sad . . that guy had been my best friend too . . after, we didn't talk much anymore . . . now we aren't even friends

I have had my heart broken. It sucks. I thought i was going to be with my boyfriend for the rest of my life
He was my everything, and we had such a perfect relationship until I moved, and everything went downhill from there. he really changed, and well he broke up with me. I Loved him so much, because we went through so much together. He was my first EVERYTHING.. literally... First kiss, first BF in high school, and first *yeah*. Well, when we brok up, he hooked up with this one girl, and he eventually slept with her. I was heartbroken, cuz I didn't even know how he could do that when he loved me and had only been w/her for ONE DAY... so yeah, he really changed, and I was heartbroken, and I think that was the worst point in my life. Eventually they broke up, and he tried talking to me again. The only reason I talked to him again was cuz I felt sorry for him cuz he'd been in a car accidednt and broke both his legs.  Well, he broke my heart that time, and we went back to talking everyday, and well we "hooked up" once. The next heartbreak from him was on Valentine's Day. He called me that morning to wish me Happy V-Day and to tell me he loved me. The next day, i found out he got a GF Valentine's day night. I just thought that was BS and I completely stopped talking to him. I still miss him, and I'll always love him, but i just dunno how he can be so... selfish and careless and not think about how I feel  I called him last night after not having talked to him for like 2 weeks, and now I'm thinking I shouldn't have, because I don't want him to hurt me again  I guess I just called him cuz I needed someone to talk to

Yea, Ive had my heart broken... I can hardly look at her anymore.
I would rather have the feeling of death, than have the feeling of a broken heart.

that sucks, how could she possibly cheat on u! ur so sweet tho... awww accepting her apology is so sweet... but i mean, does she deserve it? afterall, she did cheat on you. and you said that you dont think you could love her as much or something... well doesnt that kind of prove to you that you have a changed a bit? i mean... you dont want to make the mistake of accepting her and then hurting her cause you realize you've changed so much... yea haha  well hope you feel better. at least she came back to you... right?

so messed up. She doesn't realize what a great person you are. Even though she came back to you, it was F*cked up. I would die if my bf broke up with me and/or did that. Because, I gave him so much love and because I've done so much for him.
It's hard because you've lost the one thing that means the most: trust. And when she cheated on you, you lost all trust in her. And that's probably WHY you dont' love her as much. I mean, how can you still love her as much? You can't, you love her less. That's why. She could say that she made a mistake, but she should have known better. If she didn't like you when she cheated on you, she shouldn't have cheated on you, she should've just broken up with you or something. Even though you're back together with her, she's messed up for ever hurting you. That was wrong. I think that she should be glad that you still love her and you stayed with her. Because even so, you DESERVE so much better. Cheating will NOT fix anything. *sigh* When will people learn that? |

I know how u feel... I recently broke up with my bf of 3 yrs.. just a week ago. It hurts... but he messed alot of times. He cheated on me 3 times... and i would always go back to him. What i did wrong was... i gave in too easily and he knows how i feel about him... so he took advantage of that. so after that i would alwyas have these doubts in my mind that he would ever stop. So now i finally walked out of there.

How about when a girl describes her dream guy infront of you and describes you to the tee, a girl who you've had the most fondest memories with for a really long time, and you share this incredible bond with her that is like no other, just before she turns around and picks some random guy out of no where to rather be with who is not her type at all and after hardly 2 months, get's engaged to marry him? and there seems to be no hope of convincing her as to how right she and you would be together, and how much you love her more than anything...

YEah, in a relationship for 3 years. It was long distant. It was tough, the lack of trust between us, the heart ache of being far away every day. And then the contant nagging of everything, in the end, a regrettable infidelity case. I so regret it till this day. Even how much guilt I feel, my words of sorry is not enough for what i have done. Man... Been single ever since... =( This topic is sad~

yes it does hurt, especially giving away the one that you love. for me i love my boyfriend (or so called) so much and i want to be with him and his wonderful and everything. but he has an exgirlfriend that his obviously keeps running back to and hearing or knowing that breaks my heart because i feel like im not good enough for him even though he tells me "i'm perfect but i deserve more" i didnt want to let him go but i had to since i believe in that quote "if you love someone let them free, if it comes back to you its yours to keep" (wording might be wrong) all in all love take times to grow, and time to heal...

i understand exactly how you feel .. that's the hard part about loving someone .. see how things go .. if she proves to you that she deserves your love and never disrespects you again then you know it was a mistake and she truly was sorry .. but if you find there's other reasons that come up that make her untrustworthy etc., it's best to reconsider why you stay .. yes, you'll certainly always love her very much .. but it doesn't necessarily mean it'll do either of you good staying together when you could be with someone that won't do you wrong ever .. best of luck though .. i hope you both pull through ..
