i used to have that problem. you should reduce the amount of space used in the scratch disk. you can do that by going to the preferences

ehhh.. your photoshop aint starting..? Strange..
Go delete some of your brushes that might be a good idea.. I have ALOT OF brushes on my Photoshop.. but it goes on slowly.. than it starts.. just delete some of your brushes.. Or.. i was thinking.. Put your brushes in a different folder like name it "Brushs for PS"... and drag the brushes in ur new brushes file.. that file would be a brush file.. where all your brushes are.. if you want to use a brush.. put the brush into your brushes file for ps and u can use them.. i dont know if u get me.. but yeah.. thats the idea for me if my ps started not to work cuz of the brushes.. =] |

on a different forum i used to go to someone was talking about this same problem. they said they reinstalled it and it was fine. or like other people said, try deleting some of your brushes
