the same way you would vector images on illustrator ;P hahah.
k fine, serious answer: trish made a tutorial for vectoring on illustrator. it's basically the same thing on photoshop; use the pen tool ;o |

i have two good vectoring tutorials for photoshop but they're on my favorites list at home and i'm at school right now. so i'll come back later =)
