okay, do you have to be a premium member to change you skin to a custom one. for example this kid, his xanga, says he doesnt have a premuim account but ... he can change his skin to that but i cant change mine to that because it says that i need to be a premuim member, which i am not. the help would be awesome, thanks in advance.

no, you don't. he got the skin from createblog.com and skins from here are for free. no need to be a premium member to change skins.

okay thanks alot guys, now how do i change the title that comes up at the top of your internet browser. it says " -v. passing the greys" or something. i want to change it
