what do you need help on?? coding, or making the banner itself? if its for coding, just find the image URL which needs to be hosted on the internet somewhere, and put it in the IMG button code on top of the "enter your post" textarea when u do a post or write your signature on cb
if thats not what you need help on, be more specific
