Frankly I'm a pretty straightforward person. I like to just say wat I have on mind staight out ~ course there are times when i keep my mouth shut~ but just wondering ~ how do u tell a guy u like him and for it not to sound really awkward???

OOOH boy. I wish you luck. I'm a pretty straight forward person too, and this was my downfall, what to say. Don't get nervous and plan the scene out, have a general idea of what you want to say, but don't have a speech. But generally just go up to him, preferably when he's alone, and just say, "look, it's hard for me to say this, but I like you, more than as a person and as a friend, but I like the idea of you being something else to me." Something around those lines. Good Luck!

Drop some major hints maybe? I guess if you act really flirtatious (sp?) that he would just get the hint... right? I'm not sure.. the only time I told a guy I liked him was right after he told me he loved me. I was like ummm.... can I tell you something? heh... I can rememver the whole conversation... It was so stupid - so if he says he loves you - make sure he doesn't love you as jsut a friend... in my case he liked me but since we went to different schools we didn't figure it would work out.. yeah...

writing notes = 7th grade.
^^you only do those if you`re in those grades. seriously.

you should get to know him more. don`t just like him off the streets just because he`s a cutie/hot/sexy. you might find out alot of things about him which can make you change your mind (esp. when he has a girlfriend! don`t freakin` try to steal him unless she`s ugly. ).

I don't. Or I javen't in a long time. I remember in 5ht grade I wrote a little note to this guy Ii liked and he was my friend and all. Every since then he never talked to me the way we used to and he started picking on me like the rest of the my class. Once we got into 9th grade I know he was like "Dang, I wish she still liked me."
