hahah that looks familiar =D actually its a vexel. this is in the wrong forum, but yeah. some people do it in illustrator, some do it in photoshop, etc. i did mine in photoshop, and i zoomed in close like 400%. then i chose colors that matched her hair and did a couple of strands that were the same colors. then i kept going with different colors. basically you match up colors to the colors that you see. use the pen tool..and yeah. there's a tutorial for illustrator in the tutorials section, but it's similar to photoshop so you can still use it probably.
