I have extremely bad PMS. It's where I'm at the lowest point of my life. I always yell at people during that time of the month. No one is my friend. I have low self esteem. The list goes on and on...

My pms is soooo bad sometimes. LIke today I just felt like crying for absolutely no reason or I got really pissed off at once then I start yelilng at eveyrone who pisses me off. Even my science teacher asked me if I was okay today. That was awkward.. And then my guy friend even asked me if I was on my period. I didnt think it showed DAT much

I have mood swings everyday ~ actually my mood just changes really fast so no one can tell when it's cuz of PMS or I'm just being me....usually for mine ~ the first two days are the worst ~ cramps hurt so bad I dun even wanna move but then I eat some chocolate and so that helps alot ~

ehh.. i guess someone might say that i have mood swings during that time. i also bloat a couple days before and during it so i feel like i have a "jelly-tum" which sucks! i absolutely hate the 2nd and 3rd day of it... but ive never cried for no reason :/... ive gotten pissed for no reason but not cry.

Interestingly enough, I am one of the few who were spared from the side effects of the Monthly Visit. I never get cramps (well, I don't feel them, anyway) and I never have PMS. I'm the same ol' me whether or not it's my time of the month.

im one of the lucky ones, i get no cramps, and im very thankful for it. occasionally i feel something in my abdomen, but i dont know if its cramps? well anyway during pms, im prone to anger and low self esteem. i feel like sh*t most of the time and just wanna snuggle up on my couch, in my robe and with a good book. but most importantly, CHOCOLATE! i always have the strongest cravings for chocolate and pickles during pms.

I get all moody and teary. I start to cry at everything and yell at people that get on my nerves off the bat. You could accidentally do some thing minor and I'll yell my head off at you.

Then there's those cramps. They hurt like HELLLLLL! That's all. Only for the 1st 3 days I'm like that. Other than that I'm nice ol' sweet me that laughs at everything.

i don't believe in PMS. it's just a name that people have made when females have more mood swings during a certain time of month because obviously getting your period pisses you off. i learned about this is psychology and that there truly isn't something called PMS, but just a figment of your mind.

I go off on people for a not good reason when I pms. And sometimes I'll cry, and when i do, it's like bawling, nonstop tears. But I don't think mine is worse than average. maybe


ONE THING I HATE THOUGH is when i'm in a bad mood and my boyfriend says "Do you have PMS???" all innocent-like... and then i get all mad. lol

when i got into pms i get so effing bitchy i practilly have my friends hate me. it's probably because my friends dont' realize that i am going through PMS but my best friend knows i have my period so she really understand. =) it's what i love about her.

i dont really have so called pms...i am just bitchy about the fact that i know my friend who visits every month for about a week is coming & now i cant wear those white jeans w/ no pockets or go to the movies w/ my boo (this is real life stuff that is happening to me as i type!)

mine's okay. last time i barely had anything .. just a couple of regular mood swings ;) i cramped once or twice, though, which sucks majorly. i'm just glad i don't have major pms
